Once you sign up for the Value Card Program, a prox card will be issued to you to replenish your account and serve as a backup to your license plate to enter and exit the parking garage! See below for program details!

Value Card Program Registration

Please fill out the below form to register for a Value Card.  You will receive an email when your Value Card is ready for pick up at the garage office on Level 2 at 210 North Wells Self Park.

Park for up to 12 hours for a guaranteed discounted rate!

RUNNING LATE? HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY? 

With the Value Card, you can enter the garage at any time!  There are NO minimum hour restrictions to receive your discounted rate!

SEAMLESS ENTRY AND EXIT

No more tickets & parking validation stickers!  With LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION, the gate will automatically lift when you drive into the entry and exit lanes.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT 

Need to reload your Value Card?  Stop by the credit card only pay station in the ground floor elevator lobby on Wells Street and reload in increments of 5 or 10 uses with any major credit card.

ALWAYS PAY THE LOWEST RATE! 

You are guaranteed to always pay the lowest rate!  If the drive up rate is lower than your guaranteed discounted rate, you will ALWAYS be charged the lower of the two rates!

KNOW YOUR BALANCE

Your remaining balance will be shown in dollar amounts at the exit station when you pull into the exit lanes. If you do not have enough funds in your account, you may pay your discounted rate in the exit lanes with any major credit card.

TRANSFER OF FUNDS

While Value Card funds are non-refundable, they never expire and can be transferred to another user.
